Windows 7 - Preview

Cazzo, già alla prima dovresti capirlo, no?).
V E N T I S E I   secondi.

Here it is.
I know I'll have to do this all life long, but I like it.
I've had in my hands an laptop with the last Microsoft's OS. I've had it in my hands to install Ubuntu on it, but I take the opportunity to have a look at it, configure it for the first start and tweak it a bit.
First impression of Windows 7? It's quick. Strange to say, but it is really quick. It takes 10 seconds to turn off. And around a minute to start (a bit less, a bit more). Obviously it is a clean installation.
But the first impression has been good.
Second impression? It a nice shit. It's the same as Vista, same layouts, same menus, same paranoid security management (how many times shall I tell you I want to install an application? Two? At the first you'd already know I want to!). I'm not surprised, I've already read a lot of commentaries that Seven is simply a Vista OS cleaned, a bit better and fastened. Obviously I've done not that much on it, so these are really just impressions. I've just installed Comodo (I've already commented something about this suite), removed McAfee's suite. Than I've installed Firefox and tried to remove Internet Explorer but I couldn't (bastards).
Finally I wanted to change system language and found out it is not possible. Yeah, I've got to buy a different licence to do this (bastards for the second time, I've wrote you an e-mail about this!).
And then I've installed Ubuntu 9.10. That turn's off in 7 seconds and start up in... listen carefully... 26 seconds! T W E N T Y S I X   seconds.
O - my - God !
And then I've changed the system language in 3 clicks.

Final comments? Windows 7 is a OS that is quick and ugly.
Ubuntu 9.10 is quicker and a lot more user friendly. When the common user will understand it we'll live happier.
