- 1 zucchina;
- mezzo fungo (quello che volete, ma non di piede);
- 1 sardina in scatola (o mezza scatoletta di tonno, scegliete voi);
- 3 spicchi d'aglio;
- un po' d'olio;
- prezzemolo un poco.

Cosa Fare:

Fatto? Fatto.

Come Mangiarla:

Zucchini full of lies

Here we are again with poor recipes... poor of spices, but full of soul.

Today our recipes is for 2 people, if you want more, hold tight your calculator and divide and multiply!

Ingredients (2 souls):
- 1 courgette;
- half a mushroom (the one you like, but hopefully not poisoned ones);
- 1 canned fish (tuna... whatever? You choose);
- 3 pieces of onion;
- some oil (olive ones, please);
- some parsley.

What to do:
Wash the courgette/zucchini, cut the extremity but not too much, cut it in half (longitudinally) and empty the two halves with a spoon, or help yourself with a laser saber, young padawan!
With the thing you have now, two empty halves and some courgette's interior, you'll be happy. Then cut like you where mad the courgette's thingy (not the two halves, please!) with the fish. You'll use a robot? Or you'll use a knife? It's up to you. Then add the mushroom and cut, and then ad the parsley and cut cut cut. And add salt.
Then fill the two halves with the final material you'll have.
Now take a pan, with some oil inside, and put it on a low fire. Put inside the two halves and the onions on the side of them. Cover it and wait 20 minutes.

How to eat it:
Better with something else, so that you'll have no more hunger when you finish it! I eat it with some fish soup.
